Facilities & Maintenance Manager Directly oversees the general upkeep and maintenance of all company facilities and associated equipment and leads assigned personnel in accomplishing this. Company facilities and associated equipment includes all building structures, manufacturing equipment and tools, and company vehicles and trailers.
Assistant Production Manager Works under the supervision of Production Manager. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the Cutting Department and the Commercial and Government Production Lines and oversees quality control in each line to ensure products being produced meet FSM and customer standards. Ensures production goals are met and provides administrative support to the production team. Additionally, assumes the lead role in coordinating products from infancy to full production.
