Community Outreach

First State Manufacturing’s “And Then Some” philosophy is not only exemplified in their products and services – which range from custom seating to contract upholstery – but extends into the community and our belief in Corporate Social Responsibility. Through initiatives and efforts, FSM purposes to be a role model of how all Delawareans can create sustainable economic prosperity for themselves, their community, their state and beyond.  Some of the examples of initiaitives supported include: supporting our team members in their community outreach efforts, enabling them to contribute outside the workplace; supporting accessible quality and equitable education for all Delawareans because FSM believes that entrepreneurism is a path to decreased dropouts and recidivism as well as providing support for local community outreach programs.
